The Our Lady of the Lake patient portal is MyChart, a secure online service that allows patients to manage health information while logged in to the healthcare system’s website. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal ID's, and passwords.

Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password. Unlike conventional e-mail, all MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website.

What is the Our Lady of the Lake patient portal?

Our Lady of the Lake provides care for a full range of illness or injury, including those that are extremely complex, for both pediatric and adult patients. We are a nonprofit, Catholic healthcare ministry based in Baton Rouge with more than 7,500 employees and more than 2,900 active physicians, including more than 600 employed physicians.

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure activation codes, personal ID's, and passwords.

Unlike conventional e-mail, all MyChart messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website. This means that portal communications take place within the protected MyChart environment rather than through ordinary e-mail.

Our 78-bed community hospital in Gonzales has proudly served the people of Ascension Parish for nearly four decades and has received straight A’s on the Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade from 2016-2021.

Our Lady of the Lake Livingston

Louisiana’s first freestanding emergency room is open to the public 24 hours a day and staffed by emergency physicians and nurses for the treatment of urgent and emergent medical conditions.

In addition to emergency services, the campus also includes a lab and other outpatient services; imaging services such as CT, ultrasound, digital X-ray, mammography, Dexa bone density and MRI; a retail, onsite pharmacy; and physician offices.

Assumption Community Hospital

Our 15-bed hospital in Napoleonville is an affiliate of Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. Because of the affiliation, Assumption Community Hospital and Assumption Primary Care have access to the nation’s highest regarded patient record.

Since May 2001, it has served the community as a Critical Access Hospital and been recognized as one of the Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals for Best Practice in Patient Satisfaction in the United States.

Our Lady of the Lake North Emergency Room

Our ER is an 8,800-square foot addition built adjacent to the existing LSU Health Baton Rouge North Clinic, which is home to an urgent care center, infusion clinic, and services for primary care and oncology.

Providing an innovative model of care that combines services most needed in the community under one roof, the ER and urgent care center treat nearly 57,000 patients each year.

They assist patients in understanding patient rights and responsibilities and provide an avenue through which a patient may voice a concern, suggestion, problem or complaint with assurance it will be addressed and, when possible, resolved.

Parking at Our Hospitals

Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center

Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center Hospital visitors may park in Garage 2 off Hennessy Boulevard. The fee is $3 and is paid upon exit from the garage.

Free parking is available in Lot 2 across Hennessy Boulevard. Please use the designated crosswalks when crossing Hennessy Boulevard.

Weekly parking passes are $10 and are available at the Cashiers Office on the 1st floor near Elevator E. Weekly passes allow unlimited exits from Garage 2.

Medical Plaza 1 and 2 visitors may use our free valet parking service at the entrance of Medical Plaza 2, Monday - Friday until 5 p.m. For those who prefer to park themselves, Lot 3 is free and adjacent to the Medical Plaza buildings.

Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital

Parking is available at the front of the hospital. Our security team is happy to provide you with an escort to or from your car.

Our Lady of the Lake Ascension

In Gonzales, Our Lady of the Lake Ascension provides free parking for patients and guests. Patient and visitor lots are located near the Main Entrance, Entrance B and the Emergency Room entrance of the hospital.

Free guest and patient parking is also available in surface lots for Medical Plazas 1 and 2.

Our Lady of the Lake Assumption

Free surface parking is available for patients and guests near the main entrance and the Emergency entrance.

Our Lady of the Lake Livingston

Free parking is provided for patients and guests. Visitor lots are located in front of the facility for the Emergency Department and Medical Office Building.
