New Journey Ministries Church of God in Christ is a welcoming Christian ministry in Hawthorne, California, focused on biblical teaching, passionate worship, prayer, fellowship, and helping people become fully devoted followers of Christ. The church opens its doors to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey.
At the New Journey Church, our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. What people usually notice first about us is the life-giving nature of our ministry. Our goal is to infuse life and God’s love into people and families through engaging, powerful worship services that offer biblical truth in relevant practical ways.
Faith and Doctrine
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God and contains one harmonious and sufficiently complete system of doctrine. We believe in the full inspiration of the Word of God. We hold the Word of God to be the only authority in all matters and assert that no doctrine can be true or essential, if it does not find a place in this Word.
New Journey Ministries wants to make a lasting difference in your life, in our community, and in the world. How do we go about that? By leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. That's the driving purpose behind everything we do.
Mission and Ministry
Fulfilling the Great Commission through fervent prayer, passionate worship and dedication to helping people fulfill their God-given destines. New Journey Ministries isn't a building. it's people. And we have some pretty cool people here!
